　　もし、感情のない機械であったなら、感情が邪魔しなかったらペースを乱さず勉強を続けたことだろう。塾生の子たちも、志望校と実際に進学する学校が異なってもヤル気を維持できるだろう。

　　ところが、現実は違う。

「もうやりたくない。私には才能がない」

　　そういう言葉を何度も聞いた。

If we are machines without emotions, we might be able to keep studying. My students can keep enthusiasm even if theygo to different school which they wanted to go.

However the reality shows they lose positive attitude after they fail inthe entrance exam to schools they wanted to go. They say

“I don’t want to study anymore because I’m not talented.”

I’ve heard such words many times.

　　もちろん、私も含めてどんな人も感情を持っているので無視はしない方がいい。ただ、勉強を進めるときは感情の扱いを間違えると挫折する。受験勉強の場合は、特にそうだ。

　　自分ひとりで勉強するのなら自分の哲学を維持できる。しかし、他人と競争させられ、強制的に宿題や課題やテストに追いまくられると自分のペースを見失う。自分を見失うと感情的な反応が顔をだす。

When we study alone, we cancontrol ourselves. But once we are thekeen competition, we sometimes lose ourselves, which leads us to emotionalreaction.

１、まずグラフを書く。サインのグラフだけど、２倍角も大丈夫でしょうか。

２、交点が分からないと積分区間が分からない。

３、で、三角関数の積分ができるかどうか。

　　ここに感情の入る余地はない。完全に論理的な思考のみ。
