徒然なるままに (10) 新規事業開始時の５原則 ／ Writings with idle ramblings (10) Five principles when starting a new business

１．     金（借金）、物（設備）、人（他人）に頼らない。

　　　利益は上がらなくてもいいが、出費はしてはいけない、金で解決を計らないこと。

２．     過去の経験・知識・財産を生かす。

組み合わせ、再利用、交換を手段としてオンリーワンを心がける。

３．     準備には最低数年をかける。

拙速はしないこと、第三者の立場に立ってよく計画を吟味すること。

４．     ＰＲにはお金をかけない。

ＰＲには構築してきた人脈を活用すること。

メディアに取り上げてもらえるように常に情報発信すること。

５．     ネットワークを活用する。

異業種交流、SNSなどで最低、日英二か国語で情報発信すること。

1. Do not rely on money (debt), goods (equipment), or people (others).  

Profit does not have to increase, but do not make expenditures, and do not measure solutions in terms of money.

2. Make use of past experience, knowledge, and assets.  

Be one-of-a-kind by means of combination, reuse, and exchange.
3. Spend at least several years in preparation.

Do not be hasty. Examine the plan carefully from a third-party perspective.

4. Do not spend money on PR.

Use the contacts you have built up for PR.
Always send out information so that the media will pick it up.

5. Leverage your network.

At the very least, use cross-industrial exchanges and SNS to disseminate information in Japanese, English, and two languages.
