　ソファーを作るために、誰かが木材をフィリピンから運んできた。誰かが布を織ってかぶせた。誰かが北海道でジャガイモを作って、誰かが加工し、トラックで運んだ。誰かがスマホを開発し、有名な作曲家や作詞家が音楽を作り、誰かが歌っている。もちろん、電力会社の誰かが発電している。

 Someonemust have brought wood from Philippine. Someone weaved cloth and put it on wood. Someone grew potatoes and made Potechi. Someone brought by truck.  Someonemade smart phones and someone made some songs and someone sang.  Of course someone maintain power plant.

　私たちの快適な生活を維持するためには、会ったことはないが、実は様々な人たちの働きが必要だ。医者や弁護士だけでは社会は維持できない。私は塾講師だから、医者や弁護士や研究者をめざす子を主に指導させてもらっているが、そんな人たちだけがいればいいなどと考えてはいない。

　勉強が嫌いな子は、運転手さんでも、歌手でも、農家でも、職人さんでも、社会には様々な職業があるのだから自分の道を進めばいい。

　私はこの社会で必要とされる１つの役割を担っているだけだ。塾講師だから

「勉強ができるヤツがエライ」

　といったシステムを作る。テストで順位を付けて、特待生制度を作って、出題傾向を調べて１点でも多くとれる指導をする。ランキングの上の高校や大学をめざす子を評価する。

　しかし、それは受験制度の中だけのことだ。社会全体を見てプラスに機能するのでやっているが、狭い世界だと認識している。

　問題は、社会の一端を担っているにすぎない政治家や芸能人を必要以上に持ち上げるものだから、中学生や高校生の中には勘違いする子が現れること。また、妬みや誹謗中傷が蔓延すること。

　塾業界でも、醜い争いを見ることが多い。意欲のある子は、学校の授業で優れた難問を扱って欲しい。公式の繰り返しを何回も何回も繰り返させられるのは苦痛なのだ。

　しかし、学校は基本的に一番わかっていない最底辺を救おうとする。それが責務と考えている教師が多い。しかし、一番わかっていない子は復習も宿題もしない素行不良の子も多いから、いつまで経っても公式の繰り返しになる。

The problem is that mass medias overestimate politiciansand entertainers and junior high school students and senior high schoolstudents misunderstand this society. Jealousy and slander spread.

We private teachers sometimes see ugly fightsamong students.  Smart students wantteachers but public school teachers usually try to help bad students and goodones are also required to practice easy practice over and over which makessmart students bored.

Especially left-wing teachers try to be heroesto help bad students.  But bad ones areusually lazy and they can’t reach the goal forever.

　と中傷されるのだ。特に左翼の先生の多い三重県はこの傾向が強い。みんなが同じでなければ平等だと思えないらしい。

　みんなが違っていなければならないのに。
