これから記述する内容は21年前、1999年に日刊工業新聞社の記者によって書かれた本「決断」の中で私、釜本　二及び私の仕事についての内容です。

何回かに分けて、日本語と英語の併記で投稿します。

What I am about to describe from now on is about me, Tsuguru Kamamoto, and my work in the book "Decision" written by a reporter from the Nikkan Kogyo Shimbun in 1999, 21 years ago.

I'll be posting this in both English and Japanese in several installments.

工業技術や一般の通訳（英語、中国語）、工業技術の翻訳（英語、独語、仏語、中国語）を主に手掛ける釜本二社長の個人会社。

広島県国際技術アドバイザー、広島弁護士会司法通訳として国際ビジネスも支援する。

英会話講師、英検面接委員、ラジオ番組のパーソナリティー、地域FMラジオ局長、地域ケーブルテレビキャスターと、異なるさまざまな顔を併せ持つ。

最近はファックスなどの待機消費電力を節約する電子機器「節電虫」の開発、販売にも力を入れる。同機器は「平成八年度省エネバンガード２１で（財）省エネルギーセンター会長賞」を受賞した。

It is a private company owned by President Tsuguru Kamamoto, which is mainly engaged in general interpretation (English, Chinese) and industrial technology translation (English, German, French, Chinese).

He also supports international business as an international technical advisor for Hiroshima Prefecture and a judicial interpreter for the Hiroshima Bar Association.

He is also an English conversation instructor, a member of the interview examiner for the English Proficiency Test, a radio personality, a radio station manager for local FM stations, and an anchor for a local cable TV station.

Recently, he has been focusing on the development and sales of "Setsuden-mushi," electronic devices that save standby power consumption of faxes and other devices. The device won Chairman's Award of the Energy Conservation Center, Japan) in the 1996 Energy Conservation Vanguard 21.
