Regional FM broadcasting was made famous by Shonan FM's Taro Kimura (a former NHK newscaster), and Radio BINGO (FM Fukuyama), a regional FM station, was also opened at 8:00 a.m. on August 8, 1996 in the eastern part of Hiroshima Prefecture.

　Just one month prior to the station's opening, I was approached by an acquaintance in the same business field (English interpretation) about producing and broadcasting a business-related program on the radio. As I am interested in a variety of things, I first had the impression that it sounded interesting, and I told her that I would like to help out, and that I would gather a few colleagues and that it would be possible for five of us to work one day a week, sharing the responsibility. After getting basic approval from her, I approached some of my friends, Mr. I, who was running a coffee shop at that time, and Associate Professor N of R University, who lived in Onomichi. Then, with a total of five people (three men and two women), including myself and the former TV station workers my friend had found, the "Bingo Business Network, BBN, the one-hour program started.

　After that, the program under my charge was expanded to two hours as a business program and renamed "World Stage," and continued for a total of two years and eight months, although there were some changes due to reorganization of the program several times. During those two years and eight months, as a radio personality, program producer, and salesman, I interviewed business owners of more than 140 companies (sometimes I even interviewed overseas companies by phone) mainly in the eastern part of Hiroshima Prefecture. While broadcasting this business-centered radio shows to listeners, I also had a lot of fun myself.

　The reason I ended my career as the radio personality after two years and eight months was that on May 1, 1999, the opening of the "Shimanami Sea Route" between Onomichi and Imabari, and the plan to launch a regional FM station in Onomichi were planned and materialized. I was asked to serve as the director and flag-bearer of FM Onomichi 7.9.4 (Onomichi FM).

　The aforementioned FM Fukuyama personality and then the director and station manager of FM Onomichi 79.4 were completely new fields for a chemist and an English-teaching person, but the fundamentals of the job should be the same.

　I enjoyed taking on these jobs with the attitude of using my past to step into the inexperienced zone, so as not to forget the basics of business execution and the basics of "reply, contact, report, greeting, and thank you.

　I am grateful to be able to participate in the production of these programs, although they are limited to local areas, at a time when the manufacturing industry has supported Japan up to the present and must continue to do so in the future.

　In producing this program, I am trying to make use of my past experience both in my job and in my part-time job, so that I can apply it to my job in the future as well, so that we can have a synergistic effect. It is important in any job to meet and learn from many people in many fields and to make use of them.
