1.精神の健全さ保持:
* 嫌なことはできるだけやらない。嫌なヤツとはつき合わない。
* 但し、努力を怠る、しない、わがまま、という意味ではない。
2.精神の適度な緊張保持:
* 仕事は期限をつけて行う。
* 終点の見えない作業はとかく無気力になりやすい。
3.精神の若さ保持:
* 好きな仕事の種、アイデアをまき続ける。
* 育つのは数パーセント以下の確率でも、考える、あみ出す過程がおもしろく、大切。
4.精神のゆとり保持:
* 適度の劣等感が人生を豊かにし、適度の貧乏さが工夫と知恵を生む。
* 悲観的にならず、楽観する。
1. Maintaining
mental health
* Avoid doing things I don't like as much as possible. I don't associate with people I don't like.
* However, this does not mean neglecting to make an effort, or being selfish.
2. Maintaining a moderate level of mental tension.
* Work should be done with a deadline.
* Work that has no end in sight tends to make one lethargic.
3. Maintaining a youthful spirit.
* Keep sowing the seeds of your favorite work and ideas.
* Even if the chance of success is less than a few percent, the process of thinking and creating is interesting and important.
4. Maintaining a relaxed mindset.
* A moderate sense of inferiority enriches one's life, and a moderate degree of poverty gives birth to ingenuity and wisdom.
* Be optimistic, not pessimistic.
