　After 30 years of studying one thing, English, including the days when you had to slack off or take a break, the rest of your study will be focused on supplementing and remembering words that you will naturally forget.

　It would be great if you can find or create an environment where you can apply what you have learned in the first 10 or 20 years of your study to your work. The more you use the English skills you have acquired, the more refined they will become.

　Exercising your fingers and working with your brain is possible even if you have muscle weakness. Writing a book about your life in English, writing a book about your hobbies in English, traveling abroad with friends and having fun with your own plans while using English, etc. are all fun things to do with the English you have acquired. You won't need to carry a heavy dictionary when you travel, and you won't have to worry about asking someone else to translate for you.

　Lastly, I would like to mention something that may seem unnecessary, but should be noted. There is an overabundance of advertising that is designed to lure in people who want to learn English and those who think of English as a fashion. For example, ・・・・・・ just by listening, ・・・・・・・ in a month, ・・・・・・ naturally, etc. Those are the statements for them only to make money. There is probably no such skill that can be acquired with no effort at all. Please spend your precious money carefully and carefully.
