良い塾と、悪い塾の見分け方

名大卒なのに、どうして京大や国立大受験生が集まるようになったのですか？何か秘密でも？

I don't know the reason why clearly, however it seems my students are satisfied with my teaching way because they don't quit coming to my school.

More than 20 years ago, I gathered thousands of tests held at the nearby schools. Not only English but also math, science, Japanese and social studies and I made the answers by myself. Thus I could become a 5 subjects teacher.

でも、さすがに京大の理系、特に医学部を受ける子の数学なんて無理じゃないですか？

Yes,it is difficult. However they quit coming to my school if they are not sutisfied with the quality of my teaching. They are coming to my school, which means my math level is O.K. to teach such very good students.

帰国子女なんかは、どうなります？英語で負けませんか？

Yes. They are frustrated with public school teachers' English level. But mine is the 1st grade of STEP test and no problem to teach them.

　　私も含めて教師、講師の言うことなど信用してはいけない。生徒は正直だから、在籍している生徒の話が一番。学年トップの子や、国立大医学部とか京大を受験する子が通っていたら、指導している先生は学力がそれ以上で指導力にも問題ないと信用していい。

　逆に、素行不良の生徒ばかりが集まっていたら講師も指導内容もそのレベルだということ。悪い生徒が騒いでもレベルを落とさずに授業を続ける講師は勇気がいる。信念がないと、すぐに生徒に媚びてヨイショすることになる。

　アンチが多いのに、なぜか人気がある。そういう予備校や塾がプロから見て良い塾や予備校です。
