Chapter 3 Ingenuity from Moderate Inferiority and Poverty 3.3.3 Success and respect
Most inventions, discoveries, ingenuity and ideas are overwhelmingly unsuccessful, contrary to what the inventors, discoverers or the creators expect. Here, the success of inventions, discoveries, ingenuity and ideas is defined as profitable ones as a business and widely useful to the world. Putting the causes or reasons of failures aside, if the inventor or the discoverer, who made the first discovery in a very low success rate, is recognized by the world, treated as it is, and the system that respect them is firmly completed, the public disclosure of ideas, discoveries and ingenuity should become easier.
However, in many countries and companies, the inventors who made the first discoveries as a result of the hardship were intercepted by the boss and/or the company. There were such cases in the past, where they did not receive a proper evaluation.
In the Internet age, as information disclosure progresses, the number of cases where the first discoverers and the inventors suffer such disadvantages due to so-called arrogation will decrease. It will be clear who found the origin of inventions, discoveries, ingenuity and ideas.
I hope that the informatization brought about by IT technology will further contribute to the fairness of society as a whole.
