3.1.2 Long life

3.1.2.1 Life to enjoy multiple times

My age is 58 years old in 2005. At what point does the number of brain cells begin to decline? So far, I don't really feel the negative impact of that decline because it's so numerous. Perhaps, if used moderately like muscle, the speed of aging and degeneration of the brain may be suppressed.

One of my philosophy of life is " to live my life multiple times". If I can practice this, it may be a little effective in activating my brain cells and preventing brain cell aging. Many may think that life is only once for everyone. But I want to enjoy one life of mine with several times and contents by consciously changing the contents of my own work. What is important here is that I actively change my work based on my own thoughts and plans, not by ephemeral or externally responsible manner.

If the content and aspect of work changes, the brain cells used may also change. It also provides new ideas and inventions, opportunities and places for discovery, and opportunities for improvement. In addition, it takes considerable time and energy to prepare for changes. This leads to mental rejuvenation and revitalization of myself.

If I divide my life so far into several steps, there are seven steps. When I think of my life as my own one from the time when I left my parents and became financially independent, the second step described in the next chapter is the beginning of my multiple life. I am now enjoying the fifth life as of my age of 58 in the seventh step.
